At Fefe Couture X Shannon Studios, we’re passionate about creating custom clothing that you’ll love and feel fantastic wearing. We make wearable art that tells a story and while the artistic side is important to us, your comfort is our top priority. Each piece is made specifically for you, your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the personalized service you receive.
What Our Guarantee Means for You
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your custom garment, we promise to make it right. This includes addressing issues related to:
- Fit: Your custom clothing should fit you perfectly. If it doesn’t meet the agreed-upon measurements at the time of your consultation or your expectations for a comfortable and flattering fit, we’ll make adjustments.
- Quality & Craftsmanship: We use high-quality materials and employ skilled artisans. If there are any defects in materials or issues with the construction of your garment, we will rectify them.
- Design Accuracy: The final product should reflect the design, style, and details you approved during the consultation process. If there’s a discrepancy, we’ll correct it.
- How We’ll Make It Right: Should you experience any dissatisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your custom order. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may include:
How the Custom Made Experience Flows
- Place an order online of the pieces you like from our collections.
- We will contact you within 24 hours to book you for a custom fitting where you can either choose to come to our store located at 7208 Hudson Street, Vancouver BC, or we will come to your home if within the Vancouver area. We will travel to surrounding areas such as (Richmond, Burnaby) for a travel fee of $15.00
- At the time of the fitting we take your measurements, discuss the fabric, design you’ve chosen, and art work if applicable. Fittings take 30 minutes to gather all the details. Customizations are absolutely welcome! This is what makes a custom piece so valuable and unique to you. During the fitting, we’ll finalize all aspects of your piece. Please note that if your requests lead to a complete redesign that requires creating a new pattern (for example, changing a cowl neck dress to a V-neck with a collar), additional charges may apply due to a new pattern. We’ll explain any such costs clearly and upfront, ensuring there are no surprises. Please note, requests that simply refine the fit or adjust minor design elements to flatter your body — like making a dress shorter — are no problem at all and included. This is the very purpose of a custom garment. Your happiness is our top priority, and we’ll ensure everything is explained transparently during your fitting.
- At the end of the fitting we also give you the expected completion date which is usually approximately 14 days. We also contact you with a date to deliver your pieces.
- We will either deliver you the pieces or you can come to our store. You can choose to try on the pieces with us in case adjustments need to be made. Or you can take the pieces and try them in the comfort of your home.
Complimentary Alterations
For any fit adjustments or minor design tweaks, we’ll provide professional alterations at no additional cost.
Store Credit or Refund
If, after attempts to alter, you are still not completely satisfied, we will offer a store credit for a future piece from future collections or a full refund. Our aim is your happiness, and we’ll ensure you’re satisfied with the resolution.
